Virtual Inspection

  • The Virtual Claim Assistance is a digital service that allows customers to have their vehicle inspected and assessed remotely by a qualified assessor after an accident. Customers can easily upload videos of their vehicle to the insurer's portal or app, and a qualified assessor will evaluate the damage remotely and provide a detailed report. This eliminates the need for customers to visit a physical inspection centre, saving them both time and effort.
  • The Virtual Claim Assistance service offers customers the flexibility to have their vehicle assessed from anywhere at any time. This allows customers to submit their vehicle details and receive the inspection report even outside traditional working hours or from remote locations, making the process much more convenient.

FREE Personal Accident Coverage

  • In the event of an accident resulting in death, a free personal accident coverage of LKR 1,000,000 for the insured and Rs. 50,000 each for 3 passengers will be granted. (Only for private cars and private dual-purpose vehicles.)

Air Bag Coverage

  • 100% airbag coverage will be provided to cars, private double cabs and private dual-purpose vehicles (3-year validity for brand-new vehicles and 2-year validity for reconditioned vehicles from year of manufacture).
